Sochi International Airport (AER), opened on 23 November 1945 and extensively renovated for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, is one of the most important air terminals in southern Russia. Located in the Adler district, it serves as the main gateway to the resort city of Sochi and the ski resorts of Rosa Khutor. It currently operates an extensive network of domestic flights and international connections to hubs in the Middle East, Central Asia and Turkey.

Terminals

The airport features a modern, high-capacity passenger terminal divided into sectors to optimise passenger flow. The building remains open 24 hours a day and includes separate areas for domestic and international departures and arrivals.

Sectors A and B: Primarily used for handling domestic flights.
Sector C: Dedicated to international flight operations.

The complex features a large automated parking facility operating 24 hours a day. The system is designed to provide convenience both for short stops and for those needing to leave their vehicle for several days. The parking area is located just a few metres from the main entrance of the single terminal.

Parking Areas

Main Car Park (P1): Located in front of the terminal, it is ideal for short and medium stays. It offers immediate access to departure and arrival areas.
Long-Stay Car Park (P2): Situated slightly further away, it provides preferential daily rates for passengers travelling for extended periods.
VIP Area: An exclusive zone located near the business aviation terminal, with restricted access and additional services.

Grace Period: The first 15 minutes in the main car park are free of charge, allowing quick passenger drop-off and pick-up without cost.
