Domestic Terminal
Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge - On the first floor, next to gate 33. Open from one hour before the first flight to the last one. Buffet, snacks, bar, Wi-Fi, workstations, power sockets, photocopiers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV, children's area, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.
Air New Zealand Regional Lounge - Level 1, above the Air New Zealand valet parking area. Open from one hour before the first flight to the last one. Buffet, snacks, bar, Wi-Fi, workstations, power sockets, photocopiers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.
International Terminal
Air New Zealand International Lounge - Located to the left of the security and immigration control. Open from 4:30 am until the last flight of the day. Meals, refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.
Emirates Lounge - Located on the upper floor. Open from 5:15 pm to 8:30 pm. Gourmet cuisine, beverages, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, Emirates first and business class passengers.
Qantas International Lounge - Situated on level 2. Open from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm. Food, beverages, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.
Strata Lounge - Level 2, to the left of the security checkpoint. Available from 4:30 am to 0:00 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, beverages, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door.

Facilities and other services
The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (during flight hours), mailboxes, VIP lounges, fax, printing and mobile phone services, public telephones and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting rooms are available for hire in the Domestic Terminal.
Food and Drinks
Both terminals have restaurants, cafes, bars, snack bars and fast food outlets.
McDonald's and
Take Home, in the International Terminal, are open 24 hours a day.
Shopping
There is a wide variety of options, with duty-free shopping on the first and ground floors of the International Terminal and before the security checkpoint at the Domestic Terminal, regional products, clothing, sports, electronics, perfumes, gifts, alcoholic beverages, art, cosmetics, jewellery, books, accessories, newspapers, sweets. Convenience stores in the public area of the Domestic Terminal.
Baggage
Trolleys available free of charge throughout both terminals. Protective baggage sealing and left-luggage service next to gate 3 of the International Terminal, from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm. Lockers on the ground floor of car park R, opposite the Domestic Terminal.
