Ride-sharing
Uber is present in the area, so you can request a vehicle through the app. As pick-up points often vary, it is recommended that you follow the instructions directly from the app to meet your driver. Fares from €43.00-47.00 to the centre.
Bus
A number of
OASA services (Tel +30 210 820 0999) operate from the enclosure 24 hours a day.
- X93: travels to Kifisos and Liosion bus terminals and Kifisias train station.
- X95: to Nomismatokopeio, Ethniki Amyna and Syntagma.
- X96: to Piraeus via Plateia Glyfadas, Edem, Flisvos and Faliro.
- X97: to Elliniko metro station.
Tickets on any of the lines cost €5.50 and buses depart from outside the Arrivals level, between exits 4 and 5. Travel time to the city centre is about 65 minutes.
KTEL (Tel +30 210 522 5656 / 5892) runs regional services from exits 2 and 3, opposite the Sofitel Hotel, to Rafina, Markopoulo, Lavrio, Kalyvia and Keratea.
Metro
Line 3 from
STASY (Tel +30 214 414 6400) operates every 30 minutes from 6:10 am to 11:34 pm and goes to Koropi, Pallini, Doukissis Plakentias, Halandri, Holargos, Katehaki, Panormou, Ambelokipi, Evangelismos, Syntagma, Monastiraki, Kerameikos, Eleonas, Aghia Marina and Nikaia. The fare is €9.00 and the journey takes about 50 minutes.
Train
The Athens suburban service (
Hellenic Train - Tel +30 213 012 1451) connects the site to Larissis station, in the city centre, and to Acharnes, with connections to the port of Piraeus, Kiato, Thessaloniki, Chalkida and Patras. It departs between 5:52 am and 11:08 pm, the cost is €9.00 and the journey time is approximately 40 minutes.
Taxi
Taxi ranks are located outside gate 3, on the Arrivals level. The fare to the centre of Athens is €40.00 during the day and €55.00 at night (0:00 am to 5:00 am) and the journey takes 40-60 minutes. Vehicles can be booked by calling Tel +30 210 523 9524.
