Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Belgrade airport is not very big, but it is possible to find a few private places where you can rest easy. It is advisable to bring a warm coat, as the airport can get quite cold at night. Also, if you stay in the public area, it is recommended to have headphones or earplugs, as it tends to be noisier.
Where to rest: You can find numerous seats without armrests both before and after the security checkpoint. Particularly comfortable are the ones located in the transit area of Terminal 2. There are also two VIP lounges inside the terminal, although it is important to note that they are closed at night. In terms of hotels, most are located in the city centre, although some do offer airport shuttle services.
Baggage: There is no left-luggage service, so you'll need to keep your bags with you until you can check in.
Eating and drinking: There are currently no options that stay open overnight.
Restrooms: Showers inside the VIP lounges.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, currency exchange bureaux, first aid room, baby changing facilities.
