The information center is located on the ground transportation level (level 1), near the central escalators, and operates from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +1 615 275 2098). In addition, volunteers in blue uniforms are available throughout the facility.
The airport is located 13 km (8 miles) east of Nashville.

Terminal Garage 1 & 2 - Multi-level buildings across the street from the passenger terminal for short stays, with dedicated motorcycle spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and tire inflation service. 24-hour valet parking on the ground floor of Garage 1.

Economy Lot B & C - Long-stay sectors, with complementary transportation to the terminal every 10 minutes.
