Terminal 1

Terminal 2

American Express The Centurion Lounge - In the Domestic Departures area, opposite Burger King, open 24 hours a day. Meals, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, drinks, power sockets for electronic devices. Access: American Express Centurion/Platinum cardholders.

Aviserv Lounge - Arrivals Level 2, next to Gate A, open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Showers, sleeping pods, meals, drinks, spa, computers, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership.

Aviserv Lounge (East) - Arrivals Level 2, next to Gate C, open from 12:00 pm to 0:00 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Loyalty Lounge - Located on the third floor, to the right of security control, open 24 hours a day. TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, computers, snacks, drinks, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership.

Pranaam Lounge - Level 4, next to Gates 85-86. Open around the clock. Buffet, drinks, Wi-Fi, workstations, baby care facilities, luggage storage, reading material. Access: paying at the door.

Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange offices, ATMs, postal and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, and free Wi-Fi access. The Regus Express, located in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 2, is a business centre with workstations and meeting and conference rooms.

Food & Drinks

Both terminals offer restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés, ice cream parlours, and bars. Some options are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are available in the International Departures area of Terminal 2, along with convenience stores, accessories, clothing, books, music, footwear, gifts, jewellery, cosmetics, toys, alcoholic beverages.

Baggage

Complimentary trolleys available in the Arrivals and Departures areas. Luggage wrapping services next to Gate 1 in Terminal 1 and on Level 4 of Terminal 2, near Gates 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8. Left luggage services next to the exit ramp of Terminal 1 (Tel +91 961 902 3052) and on Level 1 of Car Park P4 in Terminal 2 (Tel +91 961 902 0490). Lost property offices operate from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm in the Departures area of Terminal 1, next to the police station, and in the ground transport lobby of Terminal 2, Level 1 (Tel +91 22 6685 1010; online form).
