Brussels Airport, also known as Zaventem Airport and opened on May 30, 1958, is the largest in Belgium and one of the busiest on the continent. It serves destinations within Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East.

Information desks in the Departures Hall, check-in row 8 (4:00 am to 9:00 pm) and in the Arrivals Hall (6:00 am to 9:00 pm). You can also find assistance staff in green uniforms throughout the enclosure.

Parking services at Brussels Zaventem airport (BRU)

P1, P2, P3 - Parking spaces located directly in front of the terminal, with charging stations for electric vehicles. Premium spaces in P1.
Discount Car Park - Remote area, with indoor and outdoor spaces, linked to the terminal every 15 minutes by a complimentary shuttle bus service. By online booking only.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Facilities include ramps, lifts, escalators, moving walkways, wide automatic doors, contrasting striping, wheelchairs free of charge, reserved parking spaces. The special assistance reception desk is located in the Departures Hall. Inform your airline or travel agent of your needs 48 hours in advance. Unaccompanied children will be escorted and supervised during the flight by staff from the airline concerned. Taxi Hendriks (Tel +32 2752 9800) has taxis available for wheelchair users.
