Bus
Line 169 from
Metro (Tel +1 323 466 3876) goes to the city centre, stopping at Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Panorama Mall, Van Nuys airport and station, Fallbrook Shopping Center, Warner Center Transit Hub and Canoga Station. Bus 222 operates every day between the airport and Sun Valley Station, Hollywood Bowl, Vine Station and several film studios. Line 165 runs to Fallbrook Center, Westfield, Van Nuys and Burbank Central Station. The fare is USD1.75.
On the other hand, the NoHo-Airport service from BurbankBus (Tel +1 818 238 5360) has a cost of USD1.00 and runs from Monday to Friday every 15-45 minutes to North Hollywood Station and the city centre, between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Train
From the airport's south station depart trains from
Metrolink (Tel +1 800 371 5465) that run to downtown Burbank, Glendale, Union Station, Van Nuys, Northridge, Chatsworth, Camarillo, Oxnard, East Ventura, Fullerton, Orange, Santa Ana, San Clemente, Oceanside and San Diego. On the other hand, at the north station (connected to the terminals through a free, on-demand shuttle service), you can board services to downtown Burbank, Glendale, Union Station, Sun Valley, Newhall, Santa Clarita, Palmdale and Lancaster. Journey time to the city centre is 5 minutes and has a cost of USD2.00-2.50.
There are also services from Amtrak Pacific Surfliner (Tel +1 800 872 7245) to San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana and San Diego, among other destinations.
Taxi
Ranks are situated on the island across from Terminal B. Companies present at the enclosure are

United Taxi (Tel +1 213 483 7694 / 3215). The trip to the city centre takes between 30 and 40 minutes.
