Terminal 1

Saudia Alfursan Lounge - Situated on the second floor. Meals, drinks, business centre, prayer room, smoking area, showers, Wi-Fi. Access: with Alfursan Gold or Silver membership, first or business-class passengers from Saudia and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

The Emirates Lounge - Level 2, above the security control. Meals, Wi-Fi, TV, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

Terminal 3

EgyptAir Alioth Lounge - F gates. Complimentary drinks and snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines, internet access, workstations, computers. Access: with Diners Club membership, first or business-class passengers from EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

EgyptAir Almeisan Lounge - Behind gate F10. Courtesy food and drinks, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet access, workstations, computers. Access: with Diners Club membership, first or business-class passengers from EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

EgyptAir El Teir Lounge - It is located on the fourth floor. Complimentary drinks and snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines, internet access. Access: first or business class passengers from EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

EgyptAir Gienah Lounge - By the G gates. Courtesy food and beverages, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet access, workstations, computers. Access: with Diners Club membership, first or business-class passengers from EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

First Class Lounge - Third floor, in the Departures Hall. Only for international flights. Smoking area, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refreshments, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has banks, ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, VIP lounges, workstations, mobile phone services and free Wi-Fi access. Inside Terminal 3, there is a business centre with some executive services, while at the Novotel and Le Méridien hotels, located inside the grounds, there are meeting and conference rooms.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars, most located in the Departures areas.

Shopping

Duty-free shops on the first floor of terminals 1, 2 and 3, convenience stores, souvenirs, clothing, newsagents, books, jewellery.

Baggage

Secure luggage wrapping in the check-in areas. Lost and found offices in Terminal 1 (Tel +20 222 655 246 / 657 328; online form).
