Terminal 1

Blue Sky Premier Lounge - Before Security Checkpoint 1, in Concourse A. Open from 3:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Prayer room, luggage storage, air conditioning, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, refreshments, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Terminal 2

Batik Air Business Class Lounge - Concourse E, open during flight hours. Snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines. Access: Batik Air business class passengers.

Blue Sky Premier Lounge - To the right of check-in counters 1-24, open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Prayer room, smoking lounge, TV, air conditioning, press, Wi-Fi, refreshments, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Citibank Lounge - Two lounges located in Concourses E and F, open during flight hours. Meals, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV. Access: Citibank Platinum cardholders.

Emerald Sky Lounge - Concourse E, open from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. Snacks, telephones, drinks, press, TV. Access: paying at the door.

Esplanade Lounge - Next to Gate D1, past immigration and the duty-free area. Open during flight hours. Refreshments, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers, and magazines. Access: paying at the door.

JW Sky Lounge - Concourse E. Open from 5:00 am to 0:00 am. Food, Wi-Fi, press, TV. Access: paying at the door.

Saphire Lounge - Second floor, next to Entrance 5, past immigration control. Open from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Prayer room, smoking area, snacks, showers, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, via online booking, or paying at the door (USD44.50).

Terminal 3

Garuda Indonesia Business Class Lounge - Two lounges located on the mezzanine of the domestic sector and between Gates 8-10 in the international area. Open during flight hours. Meals, Wi-Fi, press, TV, showers. Access: with GarudaMiles EC+/Gold/Platinum membership, first or business class passengers of Garuda Indonesia and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Blue Sky Premier Lounge - Open from 1:00 am to 6:00 pm, next to Gate 13. Maximum stay: 2 hours. TV, refreshments, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), currency exchange offices (24 hours), ATMs, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, mobile phone services, public telephones, and free Wi-Fi access. The Jakarta Airport Hotel, located in Terminal 2, offers meeting rooms.

Food & Drinks

All three terminals have fast food outlets, cafés, regional and international restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlours. Several of them operate 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in Terminals 2 and 3, convenience stores in Terminals 1 and 3, bookstores, clothing, accessories, electronics, newspapers and magazines, perfumes, souvenirs, toys, minimarkets.

Baggage

Complimentary trolleys available inside the terminals and the car parks. Porters in all terminals. Protective luggage wrapping in the check-in areas, from 3:00 am to 0:00 am.
