Terminal 1

JW Lounge - In the public area, open during flight hours. Food, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV. Access: by paying at the door.

Lion Air King Lounge - Situated in the public area and open during flight hours. Meals, TV, press. Access: by paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Batik Air Business Class Lounge - Concourse E, open during flight hours. Snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines. Access: business class passengers from Batik Air.

BlueSky Premium Lounge - To the right of check-in counters 1-24, open from 10:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Prayer room, smoking lounge, iPads, conference facilities, massage chairs, computers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, press, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Citibank Lounge - Two lounges located in concourses E and F, open during flight hours. Meals, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV. Access: Citibank Platinum credit card users.

Emerald Sky Lounge - Departures Hall E, open from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. Snacks, telephones, drinks, press, TV. Access: by paying at the door.

Esplanade Lounge - Next to gate D1. It opens during flight hours. Refreshments, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, showers, newspapers and magazines. Access: by paying at the door.

JW Sky Lounge - Departures Hall E. Open from 5:00 am to 0:00 am. Food, Wi-Fi, press, TV. Access: by paying at the door.

Saphire Lounge - Second floor, next to entrance 5. Temporarily closed. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Prayer room, smoking area, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, computers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Terminal 3

Garuda Indonesia Business Class Lounge - Situated on the mezzanine floor, it opens during flight hours. Food, Wi-Fi, press, TV. Access: with Garuda Miles Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Garuda Indonesia and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Next to gate 5, it opens from 4:00 am to 0:00 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Newspapers and magazines, printers, showers, air conditioning, refreshments, beverages, Wi-Fi, fax, TV. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Saphire APS Blue Sky Lounge - Available from 3:00 am to 5:00 pm by gate 18. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking room, spa, TV, refreshments, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass or Diners Club membership.

Saphire Blue Sky Lounge - Open from 9:00 pm to 3:00 pm, across from gate 13. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking area, drinks, TV, air conditioning, computers, refreshments, press, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), ATMs, VIP lounges, plugs for electric devices, mobile phone services, public telephones and free Wi-Fi access. The Jakarta Airport Hotel, situated in Terminal 2, has meeting rooms.

Food and Drinks

The three terminals have fast food outlets, coffee shops, regional and international restaurants, bars and ice cream stores. Several of them are open around the clock.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in terminals 2 and 3, convenience stores in terminals 1 and 3, books, clothing, accessories, electronics, newspapers and magazines, perfumes, souvenirs, toys, minimarkets.

Baggage

Free trolleys inside the terminals and the car parks. Porters inside all terminals. Secure wrapping in the check-in areas, from 3:00 am to 0:00 am. Luggage storage in terminals 2 and 3, 24 hours a day. The lost and found offices are located in Terminal 2 (Tel +62 215 506 257/261 / 500 809 / 507 096).
