Capitán FAP José Abelardo Quiñones Gonzáles International Airport, opened on April 16, 1956, serves the city of Chiclayo, the department of Lambayeque and a large part of the northern region of the country. It operates domestic and international flights to Panama, and is used as support to Lima Airport in case of bad weather.

Parking is located in front of the terminal building and is open-air.
