Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Chiclayo Airport is open 24 hours a day, but facilities are limited, so you won't find much to do while waiting for your flight to depart.
Where to rest: As there is not much space, you will probably have to lie down on the floor, so a sleeping bag or blankets are recommended. On the other hand, there is a VIP lounge in the boarding area that offers greater comfort and privacy, although it is closed at night. As for hotels, several of the nearby options operate shuttle services for their guests.
Baggage: There are no luggage storage facilities, so you will have to remain with your bags until you can check in.
Eating and drinking: Restaurants in the terminal are closed during the night.
