The information desk is located on the ticketing level, near the central security checkpoint, and is open from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm. There is also a tourist information desk in the center of the baggage claim area, between carousels 5 and 6.
The airport is located in the Hopkins neighborhood, 9 miles (14 km) southwest of Cleveland's financial center.
See MapThe car rental offices are located in an off-site area, which can be accessed by a 24-hour shuttle bus service. Buses can be boarded at the ground transportation center, at the north end of the baggage claim level, and the trip takes 5-7 minutes.
The enclosure has parking lots for short and long stays, open 24 hours a day and staffed by security personnel. Valet parking is available on the upper road, next to Door 1 (Tel +1 216 862 2738). Access ramps, escalators, elevators, adapted restrooms and telephones, relief areas for service animals and reserved parking spaces. Transportation services from and within the airport are adapted for wheelchair users. Passengers requiring special assistance should inform their airline of their needs in advance.
