There is an information desk on level 2, close to the ticketing offices, and a visitor centre in the baggage reclaim area. There are also volunteers in yellow uniforms throughout the enclosure to provide assistance.
The airport is located 11 km (7 miles) to the west of the city of Charlotte.

Short- and long-term parking in several areas inside the grounds. All of them operate around the clock and are patrolled regularly. Hourly Deck - Spaces for short stays on levels 4-7, with charging stations for electric vehicles. The first 15 minutes are free. The terminal can be accessed through walkways on level 2.
Long Term Lots 1 & 2 - Outdoor areas for long periods, with 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to the terminal every 10-15 minutes.
Daily Decks - Two covered sectors with bays for long stays. Courtesy shuttle buses to the main building.
Inside the enclosure, there are adapted telephones and toilets, reserved parking spaces and relief areas for service animals. Individual airlines can provide wheelchairs. Passengers requiring special assistance should contact their airline in advance of their arrival.
