Camagüey airport (CMW)

Ignacio Agramonte International Airport serves the city of Camagüey and the resort village of Santa Lucí­a, in Cuba. It operates with international scheduled flights to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Montreal, Toronto, Port Au Prince as well as some charter flights to Havana and Santa Clara.

The airport is situated 10 km (7 miles) northeast of Camagüey.

Public Buses:

There's no VIAZUL bus terminal or any other public buses available at the Camaguey Airport. But there's a Viazul Bus and an Astro Bus station in downtown Camaguey (reachable by taxi,8 km).

Taxi:

The taxi rank is located directly in front of the Arrivals building terminal. The journey time from the airport to the Playa Santa Lucia resorts is 75 minutes and fares ranges between 55-60 CUC. It is recommended to agree the fare first.

Most tourists arriving in Camaguey by air and going to the Santa Lucia resort, already have the transfers pre-arranged by their tour operator and included in their vacation package. If it's your case, then when you exit the terminal you will be greeted by your Tour Operator representative who will show you which shuttle bus to board for the transfer to your hotel.
