Spending the night at the airport

The terminals are open 24 hours a day and offer a range of services, making it one of the most comfortable airports to spend the night when waiting for connecting flights or early morning departures. Avoiding extra costs on transfers and hotels for some passengers can be very convenient.

Where to rest: The best areas to rest are the boarding areas. For example, near gates C70 and D1 there are comfortable chairs and halls A and B are usually quiet at night. Near gates C2 and C3 there are sofas with low lighting and sockets for charging electronic devices. In Terminal 2, near the toilets and by gates A18-A34 there are seats without armrests. Another good little-used spot is near gate C10. In Terminal 3, there are very comfortable armchairs. To find a dark, quiet and comfortable place, we suggest arriving before midnight. As it tends to get chilly at night, it is useful to have a blanket and an eye mask handy in case it gets too bright.

Travellers with a bigger budget who want a more comfortable night can sleep in the hotel connected to Terminal 3. Another option is to access the VIP lounges by paying at the gate or with different memberships. Note that they close around 8:00 pm and reopen at 5:00 am.

Baggage: There are lockers in car park P4, so you can forget about your luggage until check-in.

Eating and drinking: There is only a fast food outlet open 24 hours a day. Most shops are open between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.

Restrooms: Showers available in some of the VIP lounges.

Wi-Fi: The airport has free Wi-Fi.

Other services available around the clock: ATMs, baby changing facilities, children's play area, medical clinic, duty-free shop.
