Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Cartagena Airport has two terminals that are open 24 hours a day, so you can spend the night inside the airport if you have an early morning flight or if your flight is delayed. This way, you will avoid extra expenses in transfers and lodging.
Where to rest: Next to the entrance of the terminals, you will find long benches that are ideal for lying down. There are also VIP lounges that offer greater comfort and privacy, although they close at night. On the other hand, although there are no hotels inside the airport, there are counters where you can ask for the appropriate information.
Baggage: There are no luggage storage offices within this airport at this time.
Eating and drinking: There is a cafeteria in the main hall that remains open at night, as well as vending machines in the Domestic Terminal.
Wi-Fi: Free access for 30 minutes.
Other services available 24 hours a day: ATMs, currency exchange, first aid.
