Dhaka airport (DAC)

Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, opened in 1980, is the largest in Bangladesh. It operates domestic and international flights to destinations in Asia, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Number of Terminals - Terminals 1 (international arrivals) and 2 (international departures), located within the same building, and Domestic Terminal, to the left of the other two. Open 24 hours a day.

The airport is located in the town of Kurmitola, 20 km (13 miles) north of Dhaka.
