Terminal 1

Encalm Lounge – Domestic Departures area, Concourse D, accessible via levels 4 and 5. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, TV, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, via online booking or paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Encalm Lounge – Located on the food court level and open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Shoe shine service, air conditioning, TV, snacks, newspapers, telephones, Wi-Fi, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, via online booking or paying at the door.

Terminal 3

Air India Maharaja Lounge – Located on the mezzanine level, open around the clock. Wi-Fi, drinks, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers. Access: with Flying Returns Gold/Platinum membership, first or business class passengers of Air India and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

American Express The Centurion Lounge – Located near gates 27/28 and open 24 hours a day. Gourmet food and drinks, Wi-Fi, workstations, TV. Access: American Express Platinum/Centurion cardholders.

Domestic Lounge – Located on the mezzanine level, next to the food court, in the Domestic Departures area. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Shoe shine service, air conditioning, TV, snacks, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership.

Encalm Lounge – Three lounges located before the boarding gates and on the food court level in both Domestic and International Departure areas. Available 24 hours a day, with a maximum stay of 2 hours. Luggage storage, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, newspapers, conference facilities, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has currency exchange offices, ATMs, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. Next to Terminal 3, on the ground floor of the metro building, there is a business centre with meeting and conference facilities.

Food & Drinks

Several options are available (some open 24 hours a day), especially in the Departures area of Terminal 3, including restaurants, bars, cafés, and fast-food outlets.

Shopping

Duty-free items are available in the Arrivals and International Departures areas of Terminal 3. There are also shops selling books, newspapers and magazines, alcoholic beverages, accessories, sweets, electronics, handicrafts, cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, jewellery, flowers, souvenirs.

Baggage

Trolleys are available throughout the terminals. Porters in the Arrivals and Departures Halls. Protective baggage wrapping in the check-in areas of Terminals 2 and 3. Left luggage service in the multi-level car park opposite Terminal 3.
