Hannover airport (HAJ)

Hannover Airport, also known as Langenhagen Airport and opened in 1952, is one of the most important in the country. It operates with destinations inside Europe and Northern Africa.

Number of Terminals - 3 - Terminals A, B and C, open 24 hours a day and connected by the public area.

The airport service centre is found on the Arrivals level of Terminal B and operates around the clock.

The airport is located 15 km (9.5 miles) north from the city of Hannover.

Parking services at Hannover airport (HAJ)

K - Short-term bays in front of the terminals.
P1, P3 - Multi-storey car parks directly opposite the main building. The first 30 min. have no charge.
P4, P5, P6 - Economy parking, connected to Terminal C through a covered walkway.
P7, P10 - Long-term lots, with free shuttle service every 15 minutes.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

There are ramps, elevators, reserved parking spaces, adapted toilets and telephones, tactile strips and service points to request assistance throughout the Arrivals and Departures levels. Inform your airline or travel agency at least 48 hours before your journey about your needs. Children travelling alone will be accompanied to their seats by the staff from the corresponding airline and supervised during the flight.
