Heraklion airport (HER)

Heraklion International Airport Nikos Kazantzakis, opened in March, 1939, is one of the busiest in Greece and serves the capital of the island of Crete. It operates domestic flights and a large number of seasonal international destinations throughout Europe and the Middle East.
