Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.
Spending the night at the airport
Hurghada Airport is open 24 hours a day and is relatively quiet at night.
Where to rest: Generally, not many passengers choose to spend the night inside the premises, but there are benches in the boarding area. Keep in mind that security staff may ask you to leave. There are also two VIP lounges offering greater comfort, which remain open overnight, but the maximum stay is 3 hours. Numerous accommodations options for different budgets are available within the city and along the coast.
Baggage: Left luggage services are available in the Arrivals Halls of the terminals.
Eating and drinking: Some of the airport's cafeterias remain open at night, and there are also vending machines available.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited access.
