In the check-in area, there is an information counter and a passenger care office (Tel +34 971 809 207). On the other hand, in the Arrivals Hall, there is a tourist information booth, open Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Tel +34 971 809 118).
The airport is located 7 km (4.5 miles) southwest from the city of Ibiza.

P1 - Directly in front of the terminal, 1 minute away on foot, with covered and outdoor spaces for short and long stays.
Larga Estancia - Long-term lot 6 min. away from the main building, only accessible by previous booking.
Express - Across from the terminal building, for passenger pick-up and drop-off. Free for 10 minutes.
Access ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms and telephones, reserved parking spaces and induction loops for the hearing-impaired. Adapted taxis are available for the transport of passengers with reduced mobility. An escort service for children between 5 and 12 years travelling alone is also offered.
