Asiana Lounge Business Class West - Adjacent to gate 43, from 6:00 am to 0:30 am. Meals, newspapers, printers, workstations, computers, telephones, beverages, TV, showers, fax. Access: with Asiana Club Diamond or 2-Year Diamond Plus membership, Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

China Eastern & Shanghai Airlines VIP Lounge - Next to gate 115, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Snacks, telephones, smoking area, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, beverages. Access: first or business class passengers on China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

JJ Lounge - Available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm next to gate 28. Snacks, Wi-Fi, beverages. Access: Jeju Air passengers who have purchased a JJ Lounge Pass.

KAL Lounge - Fourth floor of Hall A, next to gate 28. 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club membership, Korean Air first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Matina Lounge - Two lounges located opposite gates 11 and 43, on the fourth floor, and open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Business centre, children's area, massage chairs, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, fax, computers, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, smoking area. Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - Level 4, opposite the Cultural Centre. From 6:15 am to 11:00 am, 1:45 pm to 4:30 pm and 8:45 pm to 11:30 pm. Food, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers. Terminal 2

KAL Prestige Class Lounge - Fourth floor, next to gates 249 (4:00 am to 0:00 am) and 253 (6:00 am to 10:00 pm). Access: with SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club membership, Korean Air first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Lounge L - Next to gate 231. Available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 5 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, conference facilities, fax, TV, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), currency exchange bureaux (24 hours a day), ATMs, post offices, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Some hotels in the vicinity, such as the Grand Hyatt Incheon and the Best Western Premier, have meeting and conference facilities.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants serving local and Western dishes, fast-food outlets, cafes, bakeries, ice cream parlours and bars are scattered throughout the site. There are 24-hour options on the first and third floors of both terminals.

Shopping

Duty-free shops on the third and fourth floors of both terminals, convenience stores, cosmetics, perfumes, clothing and accessories, liquor, tobacco, gifts, electronics, music, books, newspapers, flowers, jewellery.

Baggage

Porters available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in the baggage reclaim area (Tel +82 327 432 381). Left luggage service behind check-in counters B and N of Terminal 1, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +82 327 435 800/841). Lost property offices on the west side of the B1 level of Terminal 1 (Tel +82 327 413 110 / 114) and on the second floor of Terminal 2 (Tel +82 327 418 988 / 989), from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
