All lounges are located in Terminal 1.

ANA Lounge - Next to gate 15, second floor, north wing. Open from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday until 9:30 pm). Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, snacks, newspapers, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. Access: with Priority Pass, Diners Club, ANA Diamond Service, ANA Platinum Service or ANA Super Flyer Card membership, first or business class passengers of All Nippon Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Asuka Lounge - Available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 9:00 pm) next to gate 11. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Air conditioning, snacks, power outlets for electronic devices, beverages, fax, newspapers, Wi-Fi. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Cardmembers Lounge Hiei - Third floor, north wing, open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. Newspapers, snacks, smoking area, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: American Express and Japanese credit card users.

Cardmembers Lounge Kongo - Opposite gate 29, first floor, south wing. Available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Air conditioning, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, American Express and Japanese credit card users.

Cardmembers Lounge Rokko - Open from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and located on the second floor, north wing, opposite gate 12. Air conditioning, drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, American Express and Japanese credit card users.

Cardmembers Lounge Annex Rokko - Located in the north wing of the International Departures Hall and open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, American Express and Japanese credit card users.

Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge - In the south wing, next to gate 37, open from 7:30 am to 0:30 am. Wi-Fi, drinks, light snacks, newspapers and magazines. Access: with JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, JMB Sapphire and JAL Global Club membership, Japan Airlines and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

KAL Lounge - Situated on floor 3, before the security checkpoint, open from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. TV, snacks, drinks, telephones, fax, computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Premium Club membership, Korean Air first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

KIX Airport Lounge - Second floor of the Aeroplaza, open 24 hours a day (maximum stay of 3 hours). Luggage storage, air conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

KIX Airside Lounge - Open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm through security and passport control. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, beverages, showers, fax, newspapers, snacks, smoking lounge, Wi-Fi. Access: with DragonPass membership.

KIX North Lounge - 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, after security and passport control. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, beverages, showers, fax, newspapers, snacks, smoking lounge, Wi-Fi. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank (weekdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange facilities (24 hours a day), postal, fax, photocopying and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, power sockets, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. There is a business centre on the fourth floor of Terminal 1.

Food and Drinks

Both terminals have local and international restaurants, cafes, bars and fast food outlets. McDonald's and Sukiya, on the second floor of Terminal 1, and Nakau, in the Aeroplaza, are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There are duty-free shops in the international boarding areas, convenience stores, gifts, accessories, jewellery, handicrafts, cosmetics, books, toys, electronics.

Baggage

Free trolleys in the terminals, car parks and train station. Porters available on floors 1 and 4 of Terminal 1, from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm (Tel +81 724 553 450). Secure luggage wrapping on the fourth floor of Terminal 1, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Tel +81 724 553 358). Lockers in the Aeroplaza, floors 1, 2 and 4 of Terminal 1 and the public area of Terminal 2. Left-luggage service at the north and south ends of floors 1 and 4 of Terminal 1, between 6:30 am and 10:30 pm (Tel +81 724 553 454 / 568 701).
