All lounges are located in Terminal 1.

ANA Lounge - Next to gates 1-15, second floor, north wing. Open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. Computers, snacks, newspapers, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. Access: for ANA Diamond Service, ANA Platinum Service, or ANA Super Flyer Card members, first or business-class passengers of All Nippon Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Asuka Lounge - Available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm next to gate 11, north wing. Air conditioning, snacks, power outlets, drinks, fax, press, Wi-Fi. Access: pay at the door.

Card Members Lounge Kongo - Opposite gate 29, second floor, south wing. Available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Air conditioning, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: for Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club members, American Express Platinum cardholders, and premium Japanese credit card users.

Card Members Lounge Rokko - Open from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, located on the second floor, north wing, opposite gate 12. Air conditioning, drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, American Express Platinum cardholders, premium Japanese credit card users.

Card Members Lounge Annex Rokko - Located in the north wing of the International Departures Hall and open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership.

Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge - In the south wing, next to gate 37, open from 7:30 am to 0:40 am. Wi-Fi, drinks, light snacks, newspapers and magazines. Access: for JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, JMB Sapphire, and JAL Global Club members, first or business-class passengers of Japan Airlines and Oneworld airlines, Emerald/Sapphire members.

KAL Lounge - Located next to gate 5 in the north wing, international boarding area. Open from 7:15 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:55 pm to 7:55 pm. TV, snacks, drinks, phones, fax, computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Premium Club membership, first or business-class passengers of Korean Air, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

KIX Airside Lounge - Open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm next to gates 111-113. Air conditioning, drinks, showers, fax, press, snacks, smoking lounge, Wi-Fi. Access: pay at the door.

KIX North Lounge - From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, next to gates 101-103. Air conditioning, drinks, showers, fax, press, snacks, smoking lounge, Wi-Fi. Access: pay at the door.

Lounge Kansai - Open during flight hours and located next to gates 25-26. Snacks, drinks, air conditioning, TV. Access: pay at the door.

Lounge Pacific - In the north wing, next to gates 12-13, open from 7:30 am until the last flight. Snacks, phones, drinks, newspapers, magazines, TV, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: pay at the door.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank (weekdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange offices (24 hours), postal services, fax services, photocopiers, mobile phone services, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, public telephones, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. There is a business centre on the fourth floor of Terminal 1.

Food & Drinks

Both terminals offer restaurants serving local and international cuisine, cafés, bars, and fast-food outlets. McDonald's and Sukiya, on the second floor of Terminal 1, and Zetteria and Nakau, in Aeroplaza, are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are available in the international boarding areas, along with convenience stores, gifts, accessories, jewellery, handicrafts, cosmetics, books, toys, electronics.

Baggage

Free luggage trolleys in the terminals, car parks, and train station. Porters on the first and fourth floors of Terminal 1, from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm (Tel +81 72 455 3450). Protective luggage wrapping services on the fourth floor of Terminal 1, from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm (Tel +81 72 455 3358). Lockers on the second floor of Aeroplaza, the first and second floors of Terminal 1, and the public area of Terminal 2. Luggage storage services at the north and south ends of the first and fourth floors of Terminal 1, from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm (Tel +81 72 455 3454 / 456 8701).
