North Terminal

Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online booking or paying at the door (£40.00).

Plaza Premium Lounge - From 4:00 am to 8:00 pm, next to gates 44-45 and 101-103. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Children's area, air-conditioning, food, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (£36.00).

The Emirates Lounge - Available from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Departures Hall. Meals, drinks, showers, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: Emirates first and business class passengers, Skywards Gold or Platinum members.

The Gateway - Main boarding area, after passport control. Open from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Air conditioning, snacks, beverages, newspapers, magazines, TV, Wi-Fi, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (£32.00).

South Terminal

British Airways Lounge - Upper mezzanine level, open from 5:00 am to 8:45 pm. Workstations, Wi-Fi, food and beverages, showers, children's area, entertainment. Access: with Gold Executive Club or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from British Airways and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Club Aspire Lounge - Located on level 1 and open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, newspapers, TV, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (£32.00).

Clubrooms - Located on the upper level of the Departures Hall and open from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm (over 12 years old only). Maximum stay: 3 hours. No1 Lounge - On the upper level of the boarding area, available from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Facilities and other services

 
The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (5:00 am to 10:00 pm), mailboxes, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, public telephones, workstations, power sockets, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Business and meeting facilities are also available within both terminals.

Food and Drinks

Both terminals offer numerous options, with restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries and fast food outlets. Caffe Nero, Costa, Greggs, Pret A Manger and Starbucks are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There are duty-free shops in both terminals. Fashion and accessories, electronics, souvenirs, footwear, jewellery, perfumes, books, newspapers, magazines, sweets and alcoholic beverages are also available.

Baggage

Trolleys available throughout both terminals (£1.00 or €1.00 coin deposit required). Luggage storage and protective stamping in the North Terminal, next to the connecting train, from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm, and in the South Terminal, behind the check-in desks, from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm (Tel +44 129 356 9900).
