A tourist information desk is available in the baggage claim area of the Arrivals Hall, open around the clock.
The airport is located in Seeb, 32 km (20 miles) west of the urban area of Muscat.

The car parks are located within a short distance of the terminal building and are available for both short- and long-term stays. Payment (in Omani rials) can be made at automatic machines located at the exit of each section, and attendants are available 24 hours a day. There are designated parking spaces, lifts, and escalators connecting the three levels of the terminal, accessible counters, and dedicated lanes through the different checkpoints. Passengers requiring special assistance (from check-in to boarding) or wheelchairs should contact their airline prior to travel or request the service when booking their flight. Once at the airport, they must go to the office for passengers with reduced mobility located in the Departures area.
