Terminal 1

Terminal 2

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Situated on the ground floor, after security and immigration and through the duty-free area. Open from 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to boarding. Light refreshments and bar, Wi-Fi, business facilities, newspapers and magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

American Express The Centurion Lounge - Opposite gate 7, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Local cuisine, workstations, Wi-Fi, buffet, beverages. Access: American Express Platinum/Centurion cardholders.

Marhaba Lounge - Level 3, between gates 9 and 11, from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 6 hours. Left-luggage service, buffet, bar, showers, computers, newspapers, telephones, fax, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or paying at the door (USD44.10).

Plaza Premium Lounge - Next to gate 9. Available from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Computers, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door (USD36.72).

Qantas International Lounge - Level 1, next to gates 5-11. Open from 4:45 am to 10:00 pm (Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays until 11:00 pm). Restaurant, bar, spa, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, meeting rooms, private suites, library, newspapers and magazines. Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - On level 1, from 3:55 am to 6:30 am, 7:35 am to 10:00 am, 1:40 pm to 7:00 pm and 9:35 pm to 0:00 am. Food and light snacks, Wi-Fi, computers, showers, TV. The Emirates Lounge - Located on the third level, next to gate 10. Open from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm and from 0:25 am to 6:15 am. Gourmet cuisine, beverages, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, Emirates first or business class passengers.

The House - Third floor, above gate 10, available from 5:30 am a 0:45 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, showers, beverages, newspapers, children's area, TV. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, Etihad Guest Gold or Platinum membership, Etihad Airways first or business class passengers, or paying at the door (USD52.73).

Terminal 3

Virgin Australia Lounge - On the right after passing through security and open from 60 minutes before the first flight until the last flight. Complimentary food and beverages, showers, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, business facilities, power sockets for electrical devices. Access: with Virgin Australia Lounge, Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, Virgin Australia business class passengers, or paying at the door.

Terminal 4

Rex Lounge - Next to gate 30. Open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm (Saturdays from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm). Wi-Fi, business centre, TV, food, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (24 hours), mailboxes, fax and printing services, VIP lounges, mobile phone service, power sockets, public telephones and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting and conference facilities at the nearby ParkRoyal Melbourne Airport hotel.

Food and Drinks

The terminals have a wide variety of cafes, bakeries, bars, confectioneries, fast food outlets and restaurants. Some options are open 24 hours a day, especially in Terminal 2 (Brunetti Classico, Pickett's Deli & Rotisserie, Hudsons Coffee), while in Terminals 3 and 4, McDonald's is available at night.

Shopping

There are duty-free shops in Terminal 2. Also available are fashion and accessories, perfumes, cosmetics, books, newspapers and magazines, souvenirs, regional products, electronics, sweets.

Baggage

Protective baggage sealing in the check-in hall of Terminal 2, from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. Lockers on the ground floor of the multi-level car park of Terminal 4. Left-luggage service in the International Arrivals Hall, in Terminal 2, from 6:00 am to 1:00 am (Tel +61 419 395 921). The lost and found desk is located in Terminal 3, behind the Virgin Australia check-in desk, and enquiries should be made via the following online form.
