Number of Terminals - 3 - North Terminal (Concourse D), Central Terminal (Concourses E, F and G) and South Terminal (Concourses H and J). There are general and tourist information desks on level 2, in Concourses D, E, H and J, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. There are also volunteers and courtesy white phones to provide information and assistance to passengers.
The airport is located 13 km (8 miles) west of Miami's financial center.
See MapThe enclosure has two multi-level facilities for short and long stays, accessible through the Arrivals and Departures levels, and charging stations for electric vehicles. Valet parking is available on level 2 of both parking lots. Next to the access road, there is a free area for passenger boarding (Cell Phone Waiting Lot).
Dolphin Garage - Serves Concourses D (North Terminal) and E (Central Terminal). For American Airlines, British Airways, JetBlue and Qatar Airways passengers.
Flamingo Garage - For Central and South Terminal passengers (Concourses E, F, G, H, J) flying on airlines other than the above.
Economy Park & Ride - Uncovered area located at 1350 N.W. 45th Avenue, connected to the terminals by a free shuttle every 15 minutes.
There are ramps, elevators, adapted telephones and restrooms, relief areas for service animals, moving walkways, and designated spaces on the third level of the parking lots. Cab and minibus companies have accessible vehicles. Individual airlines can provide wheelchairs.
Multi-sensory rooms offer passengers with different disabilities the opportunity to relax and enjoy a quiet environment before boarding their flight. They are located in Concourse D, next to security checkpoint 4, and in the H/J Connector. They are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
