Terminals 1 and 3 are mainly used for international flights, while Terminals 2 and 4 handle domestic flights.
They are open 24 hours a day and connected by free shuttle buses that operate every hour, departing from the kerbside outside the Arrivals area of each building.

There are information desks in the baggage claim areas of Terminals 1 and 2, in the Arrivals area of Terminal 3, and in the waiting lounge of Terminal 4.
The airport is located between the cities of Pasay and Parañaque, 7 km (4 miles) south of Manila.

In front of Terminal 4, there are two parking areas, connected to the main buildings by a free shuttle service (Parking B and Delta Parking).
Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs are advised to notify their airline of their needs before their flight. The facility is equipped with ramps, lifts, and adapted toilets.
