Monterrey (MTY) airport

Monterrey International Airport has three terminals:

- Terminal A: This is the main terminal and operates international and domestic flights.
- Terminal B: Processes all SkyTeam member flights.
- Terminal C: Operates exclusively low-cost flights of airline VivaAerobus.

A free shuttle service connects the terminals and parking lots every 10 minutes from 5:00 am to 0:00 am.

There are different shared minibus services that transfer passengers between the airport and downtown in about 40 minutes, such as: Totsa, TPA, Suburban, Transporte Ejecutivo, Golden. There is also a door-to-door service to hotels and homes. See more

The Arrivals area is usually the meeting point with the Uber driver. However, it is always recommended to coordinate the pick-up location with the driver beforehand. Fares to the downtown area, both in regular cabs and Uber, are around MXN$450.00-500.00.

The 'FreeWifi by Sitwifi' network service is free and for unlimited time.

There are plenty of stores and duty free shops, as well as restaurants, bars, fast food and coffee shops. The vast majority of restaurants and shops are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or during flight hours. Only one convenience store (Hudson News) and one coffee shop (Starbucks) are available 24 hours a day in Terminal C. The airport also has VIP lounges available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. These represent a great option for a long wait for a connecting flight, a delayed flight, an early morning check-in or for breakfast, buffet meals, snacks, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere for rest or work.

For any problem with checked baggage, you should contact your airline or go to their counter at the airport.

At the moment, the airport does not have luggage storage or lockers.

The airport has ATMs of different banks in all terminals:

In turn, the San Jorge exchange house is authorized to buy and sell the main currencies, according to your needs. It is located in the ambulatory of the three terminals and operates from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Tel: +52 81 1088 8339 / 1088 8403 / 1990 0901.

The Benavides Pharmacy is located in the ambulatory of terminals A and B and in the last waiting room of Terminal C. Hours: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Monterrey Airport has lifts, escalators, ramps, bannings and handrails, adequate signage and tactile strips for the blind.

If you are traveling with a pet or guide dog, you must coordinate it in advance with the airline.

In general, for all special passengers (disabled, pregnant women, minors traveling unaccompanied, senior citizens), airlines offer special services, which consist of accompanying the passenger to the plane or wheelchair service.
