Terminal 1

ANA Lounge - Two lounges located on the fourth floor, gates 51-54, and in the south wing of the Arrivals Hall. Open from 7:00 am until the last flight of the day. Showers, work stations, newspapers, beverages. IASS Executive Lounge - On the fifth floor, north wing. Open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, snacks, beverages, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online reservation or paying at the door.

IASS Superior Lounge NOA - Available from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm on the third floor, next to gate 26. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Luggage storage, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door.

KAL Lounge - Next to gate 26. Open from 7:10 am to 7:30 pm. TV, snacks, drinks, fax, computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Diners Club, SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Premium Club membership, Korean Air first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Narita Premier Lounge - Fourth floor, open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Meals, drinks, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: paying at the door.

Narita TraveLounge - Third floor, open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Drinks, newspapers, telephones, snacks. Access: paying at the door.

United Club - Located on the third floor and open from 8:45 am to 8:45 pm. Snacks, telephones, children's area, Wi-Fi, newspapers, TV, computers, drinks, showers. Terminal 2

Aspire Lounge - Available from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm next to gates 81-99. Maximum stay is 2 hours. Air conditioning, beverages, power outlets, TV, showers, snacks, Wi-Fi, newspapers. Access: with DragonPass or Aspire Annual membership, by online booking or paying at the door (USD45.44).

Cathay Pacific Lounge - On level 2, next to gate 71. Open from 7:15 am to 6:00 pm. Food and beverages, printers, photocopiers, workstations, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Marco Polo Club Diamond, Gold or Silver membership, Cathay Pacific and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

China Airlines Dynasty Lounge - Situated on the second floor, next to gate 71. Open from 7:35 am to 7:50 pm. Food and beverages, Wi-Fi, left-luggage service, newspapers and magazines, telephones. Access: with Dynasty Gold, Emerald or Paragon membership, China Airlines and SkyTeam airlines first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

IASS Executive Lounge - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, on the fourth level, next to check-in counter G. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, snacks, beverages, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by booking online or paying at the door.

IASS Superior Lounge KoCoo - Located on the fourth floor and open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge - Lounges located on the second, third and fourth floors. Open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. Workstations, showers, reflexology, Wi-Fi, shoeshine, food, beverages. Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange (6:00 am to 11:00 pm), postal, fax, photocopying and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, power sockets for electrical devices, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. A business centre with various services is located on the fifth floor of Terminal 1.

Food and Drinks

Regional and international restaurants, fast-food outlets, cafes and bars are scattered throughout the enclosure. Yoshinoya, on the second floor of Terminal 2, and Matsuya, on the second level of Terminal 3, are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There is a wide variety of options, with duty-free shops, convenience stores, souvenirs, accessories, fashion, books, newspapers, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics, toys.

Baggage

Secure wrapping on the fourth floor of Terminal 1 (7:30 am to 9:00 pm) and on the third level of Terminal 2 (7:00 am to 9:00 pm) (Tel +81 705 086 3666 / 476 348 533). Lockers on floors 1 and 4 of Terminal 1, on levels B1 and 3 of Terminal 2, and on the second floor of Terminal 3. Left-luggage services on levels 1 and 4 of Terminal 1 (Tel +81 335 451 131) and on floors 1 and 3 of Terminal 2 (Tel +81 476 348 533), from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. Lost property offices operate Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:15 pm (Tel +81 476 322 105 / 345 220 / 344 195; online form).
