Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange offices (24 hours), post offices, business centres, VIP lounges, power outlets for mobile devices, mobile phone services, public telephones, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, tea houses, ice cream parlours, cafés, bakeries, and bars distributed throughout the premises. Some options are open around the clock in all three terminals.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are available in Terminals 2 and 3, mainly on the second floor. There are also convenience stores and shops selling accessories, footwear, clothing, perfumes, cosmetics, jewellery, books, gifts, toys, electronics.

Baggage

Trolleys are available free of charge within the terminals and car parks. Porter services and protective wrapping on the Departures level and in the baggage claim area (Tel +86 6459 3685 / 1313). Left luggage services near gates 8, 9, and 10 on the second floor of Terminal 2 and in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3 (Tel +86 106 459 8152 / 455 8580 / 455 8579). Lost and found offices are located on the ground floor of Terminal 2 and the west side of the first floor of Terminal 3, operating 24 hours a day (Tel +86 10 96158).
