Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline or travel agent of their needs at the time of booking. The enclosure has tactile indicators on surfaces, contrasting colours, designated spaces in all parking areas, walkways with seats, elevators, automatic doors, ramps, Braille signage, drinking fountains, accessible toilets and telephones, induction loops, rest areas for assistance animals and transport systems equipped for the transfer of persons with reduced mobility. Entry to the aircraft is via ramps and sky bridges or an ambulift.
