China Southern Airlines Gold/Silver Member Lounge - From 6:00 am to 8:30 pm next to gates B24-B35. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, baby changing facilities, children's area, meals, fax, showers, beverages. Access: with DragonPass, Sky Pearl Silver or Gold membership, China Southern Airlines first class or business class passengers.

CHUM VIP Lounge - Domestic Departures Hall, next to gate B20, available from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Massage chairs, beds, computers, snacks, beverages, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (24 hours a day), post office, mobile phone service, power sockets for electrical devices and free Wi-Fi access. Business centre on the second floor of the Domestic Arrivals Hall.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, fast food outlets on all levels. On the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floors, you will find several options open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There is a wide variety of supermarkets, convenience stores and shops selling duty-free items, gifts, souvenirs, toys, electronics, cosmetics, jewellery, magazines, music, clothing.

Luggage

Porters on the Arrivals and Departures levels (Tel +86 400 885 5100). Baggage wrapping (from 5:00 am until the last flight) in the B1 level lobby, in front of gates 9 and 10 on the third floor and next to gates 1 and 6 on level 4 (Tel +86 108 169 6166). Left-luggage service on the east side of the Domestic Arrivals Hall, second floor (24 hours a day), and in the H-island of the International Departures Hall, fourth floor (7:00 am to 10:00 pm) (Tel +86 108 169 6166). The lost and found office is located on the second level, on the west side of the reception hall, and operates 24 hours a day (Tel +86 108 109 6158).
