Spending the night at the airport

Piarco airport operates with many flights and connections, and therefore it is frequent to see passengers waiting for their flight departure late at night.

Where to rest: There are benches without armrests, but they are mostly hard and uncomfortable. It is best to have a sleeping bag or blankets for a better rest, because the air conditioning is usually very strong. On the ground floor of the main terminal, there is also a VIP lounge offering more amenities and privacy, but it closes at night. Finally, many hotels in the surroundings provide shuttle services if you book in advance.

Baggage: There are no luggage storage offices at the moment.

Eating and drinking: Throughout the enclosure, there are several fast-food outlets that remain open during the night.

Wi-Fi: Access is free.
