Terminal 1

MasterCard Lounge - Level 1, after the check-in area and passport control, available from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. Hot and cold beverages, snacks, newspapers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephones, computers, showers, conference facilities, fax. Access: Czech Airlines business class passengers, with OK Plus Gold or Silver, Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, SkyTeam airlines first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, or paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Erste Premier Lounge - Third floor, after check-in and security, open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, TV, computers, showers, telephones, air conditioning, conference facilities, fax. Access: Czech Airlines business class passengers, with OK Plus Gold or Silver, Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, SkyTeam airlines first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, or paying at the door.

FastTrack Lounge - Available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm on the first floor of the Departures Hall. Snacks and beverages, meeting rooms, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, children's area, showers. Access: by online booking or paying at the door.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (6:00 am to 11:15 pm), post office, VIP lounges, power sockets for electrical devices, mobile phone service and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks

Coffee shops, fast food outlets, bakeries, restaurants and bars can be found throughout the enclosure. Costa Coffee and Bread & Co are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There is a wide range of duty-free shops, toys, gifts, souvenirs, handicrafts, jewellery, fashion and accessories, books, newspapers, confectionery, perfumes, cosmetics, electronics. Supermarket in the public area of Terminal 2.

Baggage

Free trolleys available in all public and non-public areas. Porters from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm (Tel +420 296 249 892). Protective baggage sealing in the public area of Terminal 2, from 4:00 am to 7:00 pm (Tel +420 296 249 892). 24-hour left-luggage and lost property service in the Departures Hall of Terminal 2 (Tel +420 220 115 005; e-mail: [email protected]).
