Punta Arenas airport is open 24 hours a day and is a safe place to spend the night. This is why it is common to find passengers sleeping inside the terminal while waiting for their flight to depart.

Where to rest: There are many benches inside the terminal. If they are all occupied, the floor on both levels offers ample space to lie down, although level 1 may be quieter. The VIP lounge in the terminal has more amenities, but it closes at night and the maximum stay is 2 hours. On the other hand, within the city, you will find different types of accommodations.

Baggage: The terminal does not offer luggage storage services at this time.

Eating and drinking: The airport restaurant is closed at night.
