Arrivals Area

Primeclass Pací­fico Sala Metrópolis - Located on the Arrivals level, in front of access gate 2. Open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 5 hours. Meeting room, work stations, quiet area, luggage storage, buffet, showers, internet access, concierge, TV. Access: by online reservation or paying at the door.

Terminal 1

Primeclass Condor Lounge - Third floor, next to gate 26. Open from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm (with a maximum stay of 3 hours). Children's area, computers, snacks, showers, TV, air conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Salones VIP Pacific Club - On the second level, next to gate 28 (24 hours a day), and between gates 12 and 15 (7:00 am to 2:45 am). Maximum stay of 2 hours. Computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, TV, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, by online reservation or paying at the door.

The Lounge - In front of gate 20A. Available 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Computers, snacks, newspapers, magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

Terminal 2

LATAM Lounge - Fourth floor, open 24 hours a day. Food, beverages, Wi-Fi, showers, press, TV, private rooms, children's area, computers, printers, telephones, shoeshine. Access: LATAM business class and premium economy passengers, LATAM Pass Premium/Comodoro Silver/Pass Black passengers, Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald/Sapphire members.

Primeclass Andes Lounge - Available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on level 2, between gates 17 and 18. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Beverages, air conditioning, newspapers, printers, snacks, computers, Wi-Fi, TV, conference facilities. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Primeclass Pací­fico Sala Isla de Pascua - At the end of Pier C, third level. Available during flight schedules. Buffet, meeting room, quiet area, co-working, showers, Wi-Fi, TV, bar, luggage storage, entertainment, concierge. Access: by online reservation or paying at the door.

Primeclass Pací­fico Sala Lagos - Open during flight schedules and located at the beginning of Pier E, on the third level. Quiet area, buffet, left-luggage service, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, entertainment, concierge, TV. Access: by online reservation or by paying at the door.

SkyTeam Lounge - 24 hours a day, on Pier E, first floor. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Quiet area, computers, beverages, conference facilities, snacks, TV, showers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephones. Financial services

The airport has a bank (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (24 hours a day), post office, VIP lounges, public telephones, power outlets for electrical devices and free Wi-Fi access in 30-minute sessions.

What is there to eat?

There is a wide variety of restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops, confectioneries and bars on the premises, many of which are open 24 hours a day.

Where are the Duty Free shops?

Duty free stores are located on the third level of Terminal 2 and in Piers C and E. In addition, there are mini-markets and shops selling cosmetics, perfumes, music, electronics, liquor, toys, handicrafts, souvenirs, jewelry, clothing, accessories.

Are there luggage storage services at Santiago de Chile Airport?

There is no left luggage service at this time.

Where can I find luggage wrapping services?

Protective sealing of luggage from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on the third level of Terminal 1, public hall (Tel +56 2 2690 1136).

Are there trolleys to transport luggage?

There are luggage carts free of charge in both terminals. There is also a free porter service if booked 48 hours in advance.
