Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange bureaux (24 hours), ATMs, post offices, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets for electronic devices, public telephones, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. Each terminal has a business centre with fax machines and photocopiers. Meeting rooms are available at the Crowne Plaza hotel, next to Terminal 3.

Food & Drinks

There is a wide range of options, including cafés, bars, fast food outlets, bakeries, and restaurants offering both Western and Eastern cuisine. Many of them are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Options include duty-free items and convenience stores across all four terminals, as well as electronics, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, cosmetics, perfumes, clothing, accessories, footwear, jewellery, toys, books, newspapers and magazines, gifts, sweets.

Baggage

Porter service is available in the baggage claim areas and at the Departure Hall drop-off point (Tel +65 9615 0072). 24-hour luggage storage on Level 1 of Jewel and on Levels 1 and 2 of all four terminals. The lost property office is located in the baggage claim area (online form).
