The airport is located 12 km (7 miles) to the north of Santa Clara.
The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, post office, public telephones and pre-paid Wi-Fi access.
Food and Drinks- A snack bar is available in the Departures Hall, as well as vending machines outside the Arrivals Hall.
Shopping- There is a small shop with duty-free articles (mostly national products), liquor, tobacco and sweets.

Public Buses
There are no public services at the airport, but there's a station from Viazul (Tel +53 42 222 524) in the city centre, reachable by taxi (a trip of 20 minutes), with buses to everywhere in Cuba, including Cayo Santa Maria, Cayo Ensenachos and Cayo Las Brujas.
Taxis
Taxis are available in front of the Arrivals area. A ride from the airport to the Cayo Santa Maria/Ensenachos/Las Brujas hotel area takes approximately 90 minutes and the fare is around USD50.00-60.00. It is recommended to agree on a fare with the driver before the journey.
Chartered Shuttle bus
Most travellers arriving in Santa Clara by air already have a transfer pre-arranged by a tour operator and included in their vacation package. If that is your case, when you exit the terminal, you will be greeted by a representative from the tour operator, who will show you which shuttle bus to board for the transfer to your hotel.
