Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminal 1 (domestic and low-cost flights) and Terminal 3 (international flights), open 24 hours a day. A free shuttle bus service connects both buildings every 30 minutes (Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm). The stops are located in front of Gate 4 in Terminal 1 and on Level G of Terminal 3, near Gate 01.

The airport is located on the outskirts of the city of Lod and directly south of Or Yehuda, 20 km (12 miles) southeast of Tel Aviv and 45 km (28 miles) northwest of Jerusalem.

Lot 15/21/22/26/28 - Open-air and covered spaces for long-term parking, available 24 hours a day. A free shuttle service connects these areas to the terminals every 10-20 minutes.
Passengers with disabilities must inform their airline in advance of any special requirements. The service includes escorting and assistance through boarding and arrival procedures. Facilities include accessible telephones and counters, adapted toilets, induction loops, a relief area for service animals, elevated pedestrian walkways, ramps, escalators, and elevators. Lift-equipped vehicles for boarding the aircraft and reserved parking spaces are also available.
A designated pathway guides passengers from the entrance on Level 3 to Gate 32, directly to the special assistance desk in the check-in hall.
After passing through passport control, there is an electric vehicle station to transport passengers to their boarding gate.
There are also two audio guidance systems available for use throughout the airport via the free Step Hear or Right Hear apps.
