Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge - Located on level 2 of the southwest pier and open from 1 hour before the first flight to the last one. Buffet, refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, executive facilities, photocopiers, printers, USB ports and plugs for electronic devices, newspapers, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Past customs and security control, to the right of the duty-free sector. Opens 90 minutes prior to flight departure. Light refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, executive facilities, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Air New Zealand Regional Lounge - Located on the first floor, south end, before the security checkpoint. Temporarily closed. Buffet, bar, Wi-Fi, workstations, power sockets, photocopiers, printers, newspapers and magazines, TV. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Qantas International Business Lounge - Situated in the international boarding area, open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm, and all other days from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Restaurant, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.  VIP LOUNGE PASS

Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (4:30 am to 5:30 pm), VIP lounges, mobile phone service, pay phones and free Wi-Fi access. A conference centre with meeting rooms for hire is also available on level 2 of the terminal.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, bars, fast food outlets and cafes are located on the ground and first floors.

Shopping

Duty-free shopping in the international sector, convenience stores on the mezzanine and in the International Departures Hall, cosmetics, apparel, newspapers and magazines, souvenirs, jewellery, electronics.

Baggage
