Halifax Stanfield International Airport, opened on September 10, 1960, is one of the most important in Canada. It serves Halifax, Nova Scotia and the surrounding Maritime Provinces, and operates domestic and international flights to the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. It is considered one of the best in the world in terms of customer service.

Parkade - Multi-level facility directly in front of the terminal. Short-stay sectors on level P1, long-stay sectors on P1, P2, P3 and P4. Connected to the main building by pedestrian tunnels located on levels P1 and P2.
Exterior Parking Lot - Uncovered area located a short distance from the terminal, for short and long stays.
Park'N Fly - Intended for long stays, with free shuttle bus service to the terminal operating 24 hours a day.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Facilities include ramps, elevators, automatic doors, accessible counters, transportation to and from parking lots, relief areas for service animals, adapted telephones and restrooms, and Braille signage. Wheelchairs are available upon reservation with your airline. If you require special assistance, you can request it through the assistance telephones located at the passenger pick-up and drop-off areas, the bus stop, and next to the ground transportation counter in the Arrivals area.
