Number of Terminals - 2 - Main Terminal and South Terminal (for regional flights). Open 24 hours a day and served by a free shuttle bus that operates from 5:25 am to 9:25 pm.

There are 12 customer service counters available 24 hours a day on the Arrivals and Departures levels of the Main Terminal. Volunteers in green uniforms are also available for passenger assistance.
The airport is located on Sea Island, in the city of Richmond, 13 km (8 miles) southwest of Vancouver.

Parkade - Multi-level facility located in front of the Main Terminal, with charging stations for electric vehicles. Maximum stay on the first floor is 4 hours.
Value Long Term - Area with lower rates for longer stays and partially covered walkways. Connected to the Main Terminal by a free train from 5:10 am to 0:56 am and by a bus at other times. Electric vehicle charging stations available.
JetSet Parking - Located on Sea Island. A free shuttle bus service runs to the terminals every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day.
Airport South Parking - Parking located adjacent to the South Terminal.
There are ramps, elevators, adapted telephones and toilets, accessible counters, relief areas for service animals, tactile signage and reserved spaces in all parking lots near the entrances or elevators. Public transportation companies have accessible vehicles. Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should contact their airline at least 48 hours in advance.
