Possibility to spend the night at St. John's airport (YYT), if open 24 hours. Services available, places to rest (free resting zones), or look for the list of nearby hotels and vip lounges.
Spending the night at the airport
St. John's airport is small, but it is open 24 hours a day, so passengers with an early flight or whose flight is delayed have the option of spending the night inside the enclosure.
Where to rest: There are no comfortable couches inside the terminal, as these have armrests. That is why it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets to lay on the floor. On level 2 there is a VIP lounge, but it closes at night. On the other hand, opposite the main building are situated two hotels.
Baggage: The enclosure does not operate luggage storage offices.
Eating and drinking: The only option open during the night is Tim Hortons.
Wi-Fi: Access is free.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, children's play areas, baby changing facilities.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. John's Airport and the Best Western Plus St. John's Airport Hotel and Suites are located opposite the terminal. In addition, several accommodations in the vicinity provide shuttle services to and from the airport.
