Facilities for passengers with special needs

Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM)

The airport offers accessible facilities for passengers with reduced mobility and other special needs, including ramps, wide elevators, designated parking spaces, special waiting areas, adapted telephones, and a lift vehicle for boarding the aircraft.

Passengers requiring special assistance must inform their airline at least 48 hours in advance so that the necessary help can be arranged during their trip.

On the second floor of the passenger terminal, in the departures area, there is an exclusive waiting area for passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility. Upon arrival, these passengers can request assistance by pressing the communication button on the totem located at the entrance of this area; trained staff will assist and accompany them to the boarding gate.

Traveling with Children

If a child is traveling unaccompanied (unaccompanied minor service), airport staff, in coordination with the airline, will escort the child from the meeting point to the aircraft, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the boarding process.
