Air New Zealand Regional Lounge - Situated on the upper floor, above the boarding gates, open from one hour before the first flight until the last. Bar, light refreshments, reading material, TV, business services, Wi-Fi. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand or Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Manaia Lounge - It is found on level 1, above gates 8 and 9. Open from 10:10 am to 5:30 pm and from 6:20 pm to 9:00 pm. International flights only. Maximum stay is 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi. The airport has ATMs, currency exchange facilities (10:00 am to 6:30 pm), mailboxes, VIP lounges, meeting rooms, mobile phone services, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access for 24 hours.

There are coffee shops before and after the security checkpoint; two restaurants in the public area.

Duty-free shops in the International Arrivals and Departures areas, sweets, books, gifts, newspapers and magazines, regional products, clothing, jewellery, accessories.

Baggage
