Terminal 1

United Club - Near gate C1, open from 5:15 am to 8:30 pm. Snacks, telephones, computers, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, drinks. Access: with United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first or business class passengers from United Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, United Premier Gold, Premium Platinum, Premier 1K, Global Services or Star Alliance Gold members, active US military personnel, or by paying at the door (USD59.00).

Terminal 2

Delta Sky Club - Available from 4:15 am to 8:00 pm in the main atrium, between gates D2 and D3. Wi-Fi, plugs for electric devices, reading material, food, bar. Access: with Delta Sky Club or Virgin Australia Velocity Platinum and Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Delta Air Lines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders, or by paying at the door (USD59.00).

Terminal 3

U.S. Escape Lounge - Centurion Studio - Available daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (3-hour stay max). 
Location: between concourses F and E
Services: dining and drink options, showers, kids’ activity packs, beer and wine, spirit and licuors, Flight Information Monitor, wi-fi, TV
Access: American Express Platinum Card Members and Centurion® Card Members, American Express Delta SkyMiles. Entry fee of $45 per person (plus tax if applicable)

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has currency exchange bureaus (Mondays through Fridays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekends from 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm), ATMs, mailboxes, VIP lounges, public telephones, plugs for electronic devices, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. In the baggage reclaim area of Terminal 4, there is a business centre, and several major hotels in the vicinity have meeting and conference rooms.

Food and Drinks

Throughout the terminals, there is a wide offer of restaurants, cafés, bars, ice cream stores and fast food outlets.

Shopping

Duty-free shops between concourses B and C of Terminal 1, in concourse D of Terminal 2, concourse F of Terminal 3, and concourse G West of Terminal 4. In addition, newsagents, souvenirs, toys, electronics, accessories, apparel, candy, cosmetics, convenience stores.

Baggage

Carts inside the terminals and the parking lots, available for USD5.00 (Tel +1 954 359 0007). Baggage wrapping in terminals 1, 3 and 4, from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Left luggage service next to the Concourse B exit, in Terminal 1, and on the baggage reclaim level of Terminal 3, from Friday to Monday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm (Tel +1 954 359 5505). The lost and found office is situated on level 2 of the car rental centre (Tel +1 954 359 2247; online form). It operates from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
