Gdansk airport (GDN)

Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, opened on May 2, 1974, is one of the busiest in Poland and serves the metropolitan area consisting of the cities of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. It operates domestic destinations and international flights within Europe.

Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminal 1 (non-Schengen flights) and Terminal 2 (Schengen flights). Open 24 hours a day and connected through a bridge on level 1.

 Location

The airport is situated 12 km (7.5 miles) to the west of Gdansk, 10 km (6.2 miles) southwest from Sopot and 23 km (14.4 miles) to the south of Gdynia.

Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline or travel agent of their particular needs at least 48 hours in advance. Reserved parking spaces directly in front of the terminal, elevators and adapted toilets are available.
